PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT BAGIAN RAWAT INAP DI RS PERTAMINA JAYA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture
simultaneously on the performance of inpatient nurses at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. The
research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a total sample of 61 inpatient
nurses, utilizing a questionnaire instrument, and employing multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of the classical assumption test confirmed the data met the criteria for
normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The findings indicate a positive and
significant influence of work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously on the
performance of nurses at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. The study obtained a correlation
coefficient (R) of 0.693 and a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.48, which means motivation
and organizational culture jointly contribute 48% to nurse performance. The simultaneous
effect is proven by the Fcount (26.816) being greater than Ftable (3.15). Individually,
motivation has a significant positive effect on performance (tcount=6.052), which explains
38.3% of the variance. Organizational culture also shows a significant positive effect on
performance (tcount=4.506), with a partial contribution of 25.6%. The strongest predictor is
work motivation. Therefore, hospital management must prioritize strengthening intrinsic and
extrinsic motivation and fostering a supportive, adaptive organizational culture to enhance the
quality of patient care.
