Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the role of psychological empowerment and perceived organizational support on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior in KPP Perusahaan Masuk Bursa. This study is a causality researcg using a survey approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 46 employees. This research utilized a primary and secondary data. Data analysis utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that perceptions of organizational support, psychological empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and meaningful impact on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior partially contributes to the effect of perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment on employee performance.
