Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai Pemediasi di KPP Perusahaan Masuk Bursa
This research aims to assess the impact of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediator in the KPP Perusahaan Masuk Bursa. This study is a causality research using a survey approaches. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 130 employees. The data utilized in this study were primary and secondary information. Data analysis utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the work environment, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and meaningful impact on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates the effect of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance.
